This dog’s name is Jilli. She is a small but terrible Yorkshire Terrier. She is such a smart dog who does some awesome dog tricks. This tiny Yorkie can play basketball, do some cool magic tricks and even play poker. Jilli is a certified TDI therapy dog (Therapy Dog International). Jilli performs at various trade shows, fairs, parties, corporate events and different entertainments. She also has been featured on different TV shows such as Animal Planet Pet Trends, The Today Show, Australian TV Great Outdoors, San Francisco NBC, Rachael Ray Show, Las Vegas Fox 5 and many others.

Fond Farewell

Unfortunately, Jilli passed away by her owner Rick Caran’s side. It was a sad day for Rick as well on Jilli’s fans. Jilli died of natural causes at the age of 17.

Jilli’s Life

20 years ago, Rick Caran found Jilli wandering the streets alone and hungry. She was in desperate need of shampoo and a total make-over. Back then, Jilli wore no collar tags and appeared to have been abandoned by her previous owner.

Jilli and her owner Rick had a great time being together and they found a special bond of friendship between the two of them. Rick soon realized that Jilli has the potential to do some dog tricks. Since then, Jilli started his career as a poker star as well as an entertainer. Jilli appeared and looked happy everytime she performs with her great friend, Rick.

Jilli retired at the age of 16 when her hearing and eyesight began to fail. In 2014, Jilli died in Rick’s arms and it was the saddest moment in Rick’s life.

Jilli’s memorable life can never be forgotten. With all the tricks, magic and most importantly the joy she brought to this world, Jilli will surely be missed.
